The following documents guide the work and processes of the Center:

CBM Phase II Membership Agreement [PDF, 127k]: This document describes the rights and obligations of and between the Center for Bioanalytic Metrology and its industry, non-profit, and Federal agency members. It is, in many ways, the core document of the IUCRC.

CBM Bylaws Approved December 2024 [PDF, 228k]: This document, developed by the Center's Industry Advisory Board and Site Leaders, describes additional policies and procedures for the administration of the center.

CBM MOU 2024 [PDF, 392k] - This document describes the agreement between the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University, and Purdue University to pursue and jointly manage the Center for Bioanalytic Metrology.

CBM pre-membership CDA/NDA: This is a sample of the kind of agreement a prospective member can sign to learn more about the center's research or attend a CBM biannual meeting as a guest. Some prospective members prefer CDAs/NDAs developed by their own organizations. These can be substituted, pending review.
