REGISTRATION

Representatives from the center's Industry Advisory Board, their colleagues, NSF personnel, guests, and faculty members and students from either Indiana University, Purdue University, or the University of Notre Dame are invited to register for the meeting. Please register by October 14, 2022. Following registration, participants will receive a calendar invitation for the meeting. Online participants: the invitation will include the Zoom link & instructions for connecting to the meeting. 
 

HOTELS & PARKING

We have a limited number of hotel rooms reserved for CBM guests at the IMU Biddle Hotel and Grant Street Inn.

IMU visitors may park in either of the IMU pay lots adjacent to the building. Both lots are open from 7 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.

  • IMU pay lot #1 is located along the east side of the building, just south of Seventh Street. The entrance is at the intersection of Seventh Street and Forrest Avenue.
  • IMU pay lot #2 is located on the north side of the building, directly across Seventh Street. The entrance is on Eighth Street between Woodlawn Avenue and Forrest Avenue.
  • CBM meeting attendees will receive a parking validation slip before leaving the meeting, so no payment will be required upon exiting the lots. 


INFO FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS/POSTDOCS

Transportation for ND & Purdue students/postdocs:

  • Group transportation to Bloomington will be offered from each site. If you intend to utilize the provided transportation, please indicate so on the registration form.

Hotel rooms for ND & Purdue students:

  • As indicated above, hotel rooms have been reserved for meeting attendees at the Biddle Hotel and Grant Street Inn, and graduate students will be reimbursed by their respective sites for the cost of one of these rooms for the night of Nov. 3 only. You are responsible for making your own reservation and reimbursement submission.
    If you choose an alternative hotel, you will be reimbursed by your site for up to $219 for the night of Nov. 3 only. Again, you are responsible for making your own reservation and reimbursement submission.

Poster Session:

  • Poster session info will be sent via email. Please indicate your interest at registration.

Pre-scheduled meetings/lab tours with Indiana University faculty

In conjunction with the meeting, current IAB members and CBM guests are encouraged to meet with Indiana University faculty members who are conducting research of interest and visit their labs and facilities. Please indicate your interest in participating on the registration site, and more information will be sent at a later date.
